Refund and Exchange
· All requests for exchanges, refunds, or claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
· A one-frame video will have to be shared to claim a missing order before a refund or replacement can be proceeded with.
· Damaged Goods: We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty. If the goods you receive are damaged during transit or upon arrival, we will gladly issue a refund/exchange. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods as proof for our records.
· Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive an incorrect item different from what you ordered, we will refund your purchase/issue an exchange. In case of an exchange, you will have to ship us the incorrect item. Please contact us with details and provide supporting documentation if necessary.
· Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for goods if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item.
*Note: Conditions for partial and full exchanges will differ based on the particular details of each situation. If the product exchange is granted due to damaged goods or receiving incorrect items, we will bear the shipment cost for it.
